2002 Summit Chardonnay –
· gentle fruit flavours this fresh youthful wine guarantees
· pleasure in drinking now and cellaring for 3 to 5 years.
· honeydew melon and citrus flavours
· compliment for salads, white meats and Asian foods. Limited quantities only available
1998 Summit Cabernet Sauvignon –
· Chocolate and rich berries dominate with soft tannins and
· sweet subtle oak integration
· drink now or will improve for the next 4-5 years.
2001 Shiraz –
· velvet structure with soft tannins as a result of bottle maturation.
· ripe plums and berries are enhanced by the
· clove spice, liquorice and chocolate.
· drink now and will age gracefully for another five years.
2002 Shiraz / Cabernet –
· softness, raspberry and chocolate with
· just a hint of herbs.
· subtle more complex wine.
